The Travel Rewards account is looking for associates to join the Service Excellence team! The Service Excellence associate will be responsible for de-escalation of customers and situations, take supervisor calls, and process complicated reservation changes.
- Must be Travel Rewards trained - and on both Sales and Service desks
- Excellent problem solving skills required
- Excellent written and verbal skills required
- Good Attendance
- Be able to demonstrate the account pillars
