We are excited to announce our Premium Team is a huge success and growing yet again!
 
This team consisting of TCPs dedicated to providing service to the Platinum and Centurion Card Members.  This premium servicing queue will operate during the Online Travel team’s peak servicing hours, 9 am CT to 9 pm CT. Premium Card Members who call in during this time will be routed to this queue and both their sales and service calls will be handled by these TCPs. 
This opportunity is open to CPZ TCPs only. Training will start Monday, October 23rd, so get your application in right away today!

This desk offers an additional performance based incentive.  WOOT WOOT!!!
Plus who knows what celeb or icon Centurion card member you might get to provide extraordinary assistance to!

 
 Candidate requirements:
  • Must be a Campbellsville, KY TCP
  • Must be Sales and Service trained
  • Must be making goal in all KPI areas
  • Cannot be on a written warning level or above for attendance
  • Must be American Express Sales and Service trained 
  • Excellent problem solving skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal skills required
  • Be able to demonstrate the 5 AMEX Pillars
