Intelenet Global Services is looking for a strategic thinking, highly motivated and experienced Project Leader to help grow our business and expand our relationships!  In this role, you will apply a healthy balance of qualitative and quantitative analysis, analyze historical data and industry trends, and collect first-hand industry insights from existing relationships. You will report to the Vice President – Business Transformation. Travel frequency is 10-15 days per month.
 

General Responsibilities
  • Provide process improvement solutions to internal operations on the lines of Six Sigma, Lean, and COPC etc.
  • Work with Operations and clients, as required, for Scoping and Opportunity Identification exercises to identify areas of transformation, enhance service delivery and outline areas of potential savings
  • Participates in client / internal review calls and help develop possible Value added solutions
  • Identify Intelenet Global Services' client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on proposals for customized business solutions
  • Develop proposals for projects, perform risk analysis and manage change control
  • Undertake all onsite groundwork in respect of Business Transformation assignments, including Process mapping, documentation, detailed design, transition planning and implementation, process improvement and reengineering
  • Understand business requirements and conceptualize solutions to meet them effectively
  • Assist with comprehensive cost/benefit analysis and preparation of business cases for new projects
  • Supports business growth in the region.
  • Train Operations and support teams on MIS/data structures and Performs trend analysis to identify deficiencies (tools, metrics and reports) and recommend solutions
 
Requirements:
  • Able to demonstrate experience leading multiple projects with significant size and scope that cut across multiple business or functions to successful completion.
  • Maintains current understanding of technological, operational and cultural trends to support process design to improve performance. 
  • Command of all skills necessary for verbal and written communication at all levels of the organization.
  • 6-8 Years of experience managing multiple projects for multinational clients
  • Demonstrated experience in Process Excellence concepts such as COPC, Lean, Six Sigma.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio and MS Project
