The Amex Travel Rewards account is looking for service trained associates to join the Service Excellence team for an upcoming class on December 26th! The Service Excellence associate will be responsible for de-escalation of customers and situations, taking supervisor calls and processing complicated reservation changes.

Candidate requirements:
  • Must be American Express Sales and Service trained 
  • Excellent problem solving skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal skills required
  • Good Attendance (no written warning level or above)
  • Demonstrate ability to meet current account metrics
  • Be able to demonstrate the 5 AMEX Pillars
