Medical Coding - Data Entry

 Intelenet Global Services is currently looking for Medical Coders with a minimum of 3 months hands-on medical coding experience.
  • The coder needs to be proficient in ICD-10-CM coding guidelines
  • E/M CPT, Radiology or HCC coding experience encouraged

Schedules:
  • Monday – Friday
  • Full time: starting from 7am-4pm to 9am-6pm ET
  • Part time: we have a limited number of part-time schedules to help work around your class hours

Wage:
$11.25-11.75/hour depending on experience
 
Training Details:
Paid training includes 3 weeks of in the classroom training followed by 3 weeks of hands on training
  • December 26th – January 12th, 7am – 3:30pm ET (Classroom)
  • January 15th – February 2nd, 7am – 3:30pm ET (Hands on training)

Candidate Requirements:
  • Must pass Skill Evaluation test and a coding (ICD-10) test
  • Must pass typing assessment for bother speed and accuracy
  • Must have recently worked in a productivity coding role
  • Minimum 3-6 months experience with proficiency in ICD-10-CM coding guidelines (work or school experience acceptable)
  • High school GED or equivalent with post study in medical coding
 
Daily Processes Include:
  • Assigns and sequences ICD-10-CM/CPT/HCPCS codes to diagnoses and procedures for documented information 
  • Assures the final diagnoses and procedures as stated by the physician are valid and complete
  • Ensures adherence to HIPAA
  • Ensures adherence to norms specified by the company and the client
  • Ensures strict adherence to compliance and work ethics
