We offer full time schedules that start between 9am and 11:30am ET.

Job Description: Our Guest Relations Associates are responsible for creating an excellent and positively memorable experience for our guests. While rotating between various guest concerns, our specialists, will enforce a positive guest experience that includes finding resolution to any unforeseen challenges. When it comes to complaints, they allow guests to speak first and then provide solutions to their issues or concerns. This position requires a strong background in hospitality and customer service. We provide hotel guests with above-and-beyond service to ensure their experience will be worth remembering.

Some Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintain complete knowledge at all times and provide guests with information of all hotel features/services, hours of operation, room types, numbers, layout, appointments and locations, room rates, special packages and promotions, amenities, etc.
  • Empathetically listen to guest inquiries and provide appropriate responses
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel (i.e., special requests, amenity delivery)
  • Understand and influence all departments in creating a positive work environment and guest experience through enthusiasm, teamwork, and appreciation
  • Positive, customer service oriented attitude
  • Exceptional guest recovery skills
  • Enjoy interacting with people in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department
  • Ability to integrate company values throughout all interactions
  • Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations
  • Ability to work well under pressure, dealing with many arrivals and departures within a short period of time
  • Previous customer service, guest relations, and hospitality training and experience preferred
  • Previous call center experience or related work in a high call volume setting desired
  • Minimum of 2 years in the customer service industry preferred

  • Base pay is $10.10/hour
  • Inbound calls only
  • Job stability with growth opportunity
  • Wide variety of schedules available:   Currently filling 9am-5:30pm through 11:30am-8pm ET shifts.  (You will need to be able to work one weekend day.)
  • Shift differential available for working hours between 7pm - 4:59am

  • Paid training
  • Paid Time Off after 90 days (80 hours in the first year)

  • Full time schedules - Will include 1 weekend day
    • Schedules range from 9am-5:30pm at the earliest to 11:30am-8pm at the latest (with other schedules in between these times)
    • Weekend incentive if you work both weekend days

Position Specifics:
  • Schedules between hours of operation 9am-8pm ET, Sunday - Saturday
  • All schedules require 1 weekend day
