Intelenet® is expanding their Business Development Team and is excited to share this opportunity with you. Our Lead Generator Associate will support relationships within the following verticals Healthcare, Travel and Hospitality, Telecom, Retail, Manufacturing, and Information Technology (IT). First consideration will be given to individuals with direct experience in the BPO Lead Gen Field. Ideal candidates should be proficient in the following responsibilities:
  • New business to business account development skills
  • Understanding of our products and services and ability to present them
  • Setup and organize appointments between leads and project manager
  • Maintain and organize sales documentation and status with online CRM
  • Document all calls and visits made with potential clientele into sales calendar
  • Gather useful and relevant information to help manager close sales with lead
  • Use email, phone calls, and visits to correspond with leads
  • Use standard industry tools for research and campaign list generation
  • Assist with review and creation of company marketing materials
  • Provide feedback to manager regarding lead status or any other information that can be help to the various departments of the company

  • Position salary – commensurate with experience, base plus commission (estimated $40-65K or more based on conversion success rate)

Qualifications:
  • New business to business account development skills
  • Understanding of our products and services and ability to present them
  • Skill to research and vet prospects in an efficient manner
  • Maintain and build relationships with new customers in order to grow the account
  • Develop and acquire qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities independently.
  • Deadline driven with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities concurrently

  • Professional presentation skills and demeanor
  • Tactical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent listening skills coupled with strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present to a variety of internal and external audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint with adaptability to learn online sales tool and basics of CRM Software
  • Bachelor's Degree with a Sales & Marketing Major and/or B2B sales or marketing experience preferred, understanding of general sales process is a must
