Intelenet is looking for a Customer Service Associate specializing in Sales and Hospitality to join our Team!
Job Description: Our  Associate is responsible for creating an excellent and positively memorable experience for our guests. While rotating between various guest concerns, our specialists, will enforce a positive guest experience that includes finding a hotel to complete their plans. Incoming calls only from guests interested in our properties throughout the United States and Canada.  Our properties specialize in long-term, extended stays.  Most rooms offer kitchenettes and many properties are pet friendly.  This position requires a strong background in hospitality, customer service and sales experience.  We provide hotel guests with above-and-beyond service to ensure their experience will be worth remembering.  A great bonus is you earn commission on every hotel sale you make!

Some Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintain complete knowledge at all times and provide guests with information of all hotel features/services, hours of operation, room types, numbers, layout, appointments and locations, room rates, special packages and promotions, amenities, etc.
  • Listen to guest inquiries and queues to provide appropriate options that match 
  • Employ attention to detail through the entire process
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel (i.e., special requests, amenity delivery)
  • Maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information
  • Learning all technical equipment, software, and systems
  • Understand and influence all departments in creating a positive work environment and guest experience through enthusiasm, teamwork, and appreciation
  • Previous customer service, sales experience, and hospitality training and experience preferred
  • Previous call center experience or related work in a high call volume setting desired
  • 100% English proficiency (both verbal and written)
  • Positive, customer service oriented attitude
  • Enjoy interacting with people in a fast paced environment
  • Willingness to participate in a learning environment
  • Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems

Position Specifics:
  • Schedules require flexibility with am/pm
  • Schedules require 1 weekend day each week with option to work both weekend days
  • Hours and may vary based on client needs
  • Monday - Friday
  • July 2nd – July 23rd
  • Training is full time, 40 hours per week, and paid
