Intelenet Global Services is looking for a Team Leader on our LMP account!

The Team Leader will be accountable for ensuring that their assigned account is successful on a daily basis by monitoring and reporting account performance and quality, implementing programs and processes, and developing and managing reports.  These activities will provide data to the leadership team, so they are able to support our LMP associates. 

The primary duties will include:
  • Create and maintain reports that are used to monitor account and associate performance and quality
  • Adapt to changing demands and works with Client Services Director/Manager to ensure client and company deliverables are met
  • Ensure all pertinent documentation is tracked in accordance to internal procedures and external laws with the Human Resources Department (tardiness, absences, disciplinary action, terminations, resignations, vacations, leave of absence, payroll, incentive programs)
  • Implement strategies to improve performance of associates and account

Requirements
  • Must have superior time management skills
  • Must be familiar with Call Center Metrics and Management
  • Must be very organized and detail oriented
  • Must have above average excel skills for reporting purposes
  • Previous leadership or coaching experience strongly recommended
  • LMP experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed account metrics in current position
