Position Summary
We are looking for a strategic thinking, highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team to help grow our business and expand our relationships with our Banking and Financial Services communities. In this role, you will apply a healthy balance of qualitative and quantitative analysis, analyze historical data and industry trends, and collect first-hand industry insights from existing relationships.

Responsibilities
Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:
  • Seek business opportunities for firm with a focus on Banking and Financial Services markets
  • Drive new revenue by utilizing strong networking skills to create opportunities and partnerships for Intelenet® 
  • Spend significant time making contacts
  • Determine sales objectives to meet business wide goals
  • Represent Intelenet® at the highest level to clients, peer organizations, and business associates
  • Make teaming commitments related to business development on behalf of Intelenet® 
  • Work with various vertical staff to develop proposals
 
Job Requirements:
  • Advanced degree or commensurate business experience
  • 5-7 years successful outside sales experience at an Executive level
  • 3-5 years experience in healthcare planning, management or consulting
  • Previous experience selling BPO products and services
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Intelenet®’s practice, clientele, goals, policies, and procedures
  • Develops, executes and controls the sales strategy to assure realization of goals in a profitable, timely and professional manner
  • Prepares reports, and provides analyses and recommendations on competitor and overall market issues
  • Attends scheduled meetings and communicates pertinent information
  • Attends speaking engagements, community functions and other events as requested
  • Contributes to the overall growth of the company through the exploration of potential products and services by keeping abreast of state-of-the-art technology and trends in the market place
  • Track record of proactively creating and maintaining strong internal and external relationships with centers of influence, team members, and management
  • Assumes other duties/projects as deemed necessary by the Executive Leadership Team
