Duties to include:
  • Answering inbound calls from Agents/Drivers
  • Transferring Drivers from Agent to Agent
  • Processing documents received from Agents/Drivers
  • Employment Verification
  • Distribute incoming emails from customer service boxes to the appropriate folders
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Be able to multi task
  • Have good attedance
  • Verbal and Written communication skills a must
