Service Excellence Associate

The Travel Rewards account is looking for associates to join the Service Excellence team! The Service Excellence associate will be responsible for de-escalation of customers and situations, take supervisor calls, and process complicated reservation changes.

Candidate requirements:
  • Must be Travel Rewards trained - and on both Sales and Service desks
  • Excellent problem solving skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal skills required
  • Good Attendance
  • Be able to demonstrate the account pillars
