The Travel Rewards account is looking an associate to join the Service Excellence team for a new promotional position! The Service Excellence Queue Worker associate on the American Express Travel Rewards account will be full time positions with the main responsibility working queues.

Candidate requirements:
  • Must be American Express Service Excellence team trained 
  • Excellent problem solving skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal skills required
  • Good Attendance
  • Demonstrate ability to meet current account metrics
  • Be able to demonstrate the 5 AMEX Pillars 
  • Must have strong stats
    • Good efficiency
    • Little to no retail loss
    • Queue and call log accuracy
  • We will need to cover SE hours of operation
