Purpose of Position:
The purpose of this position is to initiate and manage Great Place to Work plans, domestic and global campaigns, and lead our employee recognition programs. You will also be providing Administrative Support to Site Leaders as needed.

Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements:  
  • Manage and implement employee engagement initiatives
  • Rollout and execute assigned Domestic and Global campaigns
  • Oversee onsite Employee Engagement teams
  • Management of Employee Recognition Programs and Annual Awards
  • Promote site events through written articles and Social Media
  • Assist CCM to plan and coordinate employee gatherings, parties, luncheons
  • Partner with Citizen of the World Ambassadors to assist with fundraising activities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and possess a strong set of creative thinking skills
  • Able to facilitate group/team efforts on a wide variety of initiatives
  • Assists with other administrative duties as needed
  • Thrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy, change orientated environment
  • Ability to multi task is critical.
  • Must present a professional appearance and manner at all time
  • Participate in Employee Engagement conference calls
• Minimum 1 year previous admin experience in high-paced customer-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to type 40 wpm, and strong computer skills using MS Word and Excel
• Ability to prioritize and complete multi-task assignments
• Strong attention to detail
• Microsoft Office (Word, OneNote, Power Point, Excel)
• Knowledge of Social Media – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Enthusiasm and Lively Engagement is a MUST
• Must be flexible with availability and schedule.
• Requires solid organizational, administrative, leadership and time management skills.
• Able to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to obtain desired results. 
• Skilled in determining why and how tasks should be attempted and their effective completion.
• Proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED required

  • Minimum of 6 months (180 day) tenure with Intelenet
  • Minimum 90% of account metrics maintained
  • No correction communications in the last (6) months
  • Below a Written Warning for Attendance
