Job Requirements:
 
  • Need to be proficient in Apollo - Must pass Apollo skills assessment
  • Must pass client assessment of overall customer service and English abilities
  • 90% English proficiency level
  • Previous corporate travel experience required
  • Strong computer skills
  • Schedule Availability for am/pm
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Voice Agents only
  • Current hours of operation are 7:00am-8:00pm CST
  • Monday through Friday
  • Hours of Operation do have the potential of moving to 24/7
