We are looking for a Client Services Manager to add to our leadership team!  Our Client Services Manager will have a particular client or group of clients to support, which will be determined by the skillset of the most qualified applicants. You will report to the account's Client Services Director.

The Client Services Manager (along with the Client Services Director) will be accountable for generating maximum revenue with existing clients by enhancing client relationships, developing and maintaining business plans and identifying service and product opportunities.

Must have call center knowledge, and must have experience as in a team management role.

General Responsibilities
  • Acts in a consultative role to ensure client key performance indicators are achieved
  • Develops, executes and controls the client service plan to assure realization of goals in a profitable, timely and professional manner
  • Develops regional sales strategy in concert with corporate goals and objectives
  • Prepares reports, and provides analyses and recommendations on competitor and overall market issues
  • Keeps staff informed and updated on trends and significant events that might affect operations
  • Develops and monitors the budget
  • Provides direction to, development of and mentors direct reports
  • Responsible for client contract management and management of all Billing/Receivables
  • Institutes new programs/procedures to increase departmental efficiency. Keeps the leader informed of the financial and general operating status of the division
  • Initiates, maintains and further develops positive working relationships with associates, clients and vendors/suppliers to ensure continued commitment and responsiveness
  • Attends speaking engagements, community functions and other events as requested
  • Contributes to the overall growth of the company through the exploration of potential products and services by keeping abreast of state-of-the-art technology and trends in the market place
  • Assumes other duties/projects as deemed necessary by the Intelenet Executive Leadership Team
  • Responsible for P & L of assigned client accounts.
  • Ensure service levels for assigned client accounts are met.
  • Knowledge of general office PC-based programs, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • MUST have previous experience managing call center accounts in a management role
